Across the 92 Minnesota places we hold long-run averages for, typical July highs run from 75°F in Virginia to 83°F in Saint Anthony, and January highs from 20°F in Detroit Lakes to 28°F in Winona. North Saint Paul is the wettest at about 42 in of precipitation a year, East Grand Forks the driest at about 24 in.
