Apple Weather does not publish exactly how its forecast is made, so its accuracy cannot be independently verified. What we can grade is the open models, which we score directly on this page. Watching those models is the honest way to judge it.
How Apple Weather makes its forecast. Apple says the 10-day forecast in its Weather app is provided by Apple Weather, its own service, and lists ECMWF, the US National Weather Service/NOAA, Environment and Climate Change Canada, the Met Office and other national weather services among its data sources. It does not publish how it combines them. That matters, because it means no one outside Apple Weather can check its forecast against the recorded weather the way we check the open models.
Our verdict. Apple does not publish how it turns those sources into one forecast, so we cannot score Apple Weather directly. It also shows a single forecast, never the disagreement between models, so a confident-looking Apple forecast can hide a very uncertain day.
